It almost a year since I worked on this video.
Almost a year since I opened a TikTok account and started documenting better.
Almost a year, I never stopped creating and got better at it. I'm grateful for every opportunity to get better.
Here's to more! 🤭🥂

Deep within Ilorin West, surrounded by acres of farmland and neighboring rural settlements, lies a community called Ile-Apa.
Although I couldn’t fully document the realities of life in the community, I was able to capture glimpses of what rural living truly looks like.

LIFT AND LEARN INITIATIVE.

MMGIVIT Charity Organization, UNILORIN Chapter successfully carried out the Lift and Learn Initiative: Community Charity and Education Support Initiative in Ile-Apa Community, Ilorin Kwara state Nigeria.

This project was designed to bridge both humanitarian and educational gaps by supporting communities, empowering students, and strengthening teachers for long term community development.

Our major interventions included:

✅ Distribution of durable clothes, shoes, bags, and items to community members in need

✅ Career guidance sessions for secondary school students to expose them to diverse professional pathways and inspire informed future decisions

✅ Distribution of exercise books to support student learning

✅ Capacity-building training for teachers to improve teaching methods and classroom effectiveness

Through this initiative, we were able to restore dignity, inspire hope, and promote sustainable educational development within the community.

We remain committed to creating meaningful impact; one community at a time.

Special appreciation goes to Deen Aleem Asphalt Nigeria Limited for sponsoring this project, it shows commitment community development and humanitarian project.

We say a big thanks to our volunteers, partners, and community leaders whose support made this project a success.
Together, we rise by lifting other.

The past two months has been crazy, late nights, messed up sleep schedule, increased caffeine intake and a lot of "God abeg" moments.
Speaking of crazy, I had a class right after an exam and I thought "why not document this?"
Thank God I survived it all looking sane.

Let me know if you want me to document crazy stuff I experience. 🙂 by @_ammastar

I guess January was fun.

P.S don't mind my rumpled Ward Coat. 🫠

I hope it's not late to say Happy New year.
Starting the year preparing and writing exams is a crazy way to start off the year but regardless, I'm going to pull through. 😊

What about you, how are you starting the year? #fyp #collegestudent #unilorin #optometrystudent #withammastar by @_ammastar

Life is beautiful when you let go of expectations and live in the moments.

It's been a while here and I'm learning to give myself the opportunity to grow and start as a beginner.

Taking it back to the Unilorin @cowrywise ambassadors design hangout last Friday!🤩

Good vibes, great conversations, games, and plenty of laughs. It was a wholesome time connecting with fellow designers, sharing ideas, and just having fun. We also had @aj_yourdesigner share some valuable insights on 'AI for designers' — definitely a major highlight!
