Colombia is insane. I’m completely in love with this country. @medellincocktailweek_ was absolutely wild. It was so great to reconnect with so many friends and make so many new ones. Huge thanks to @mambanegra.22 and @jardintragosypasteles families for hosting us, you guys rock. And a special thanks to @lauriromero1 and @condesagin for making it possible.

What about evolution during time?
Pick a little twist on a classic Gin and Tonic on our Symbiosis cocktail menu.

We really are super Pandan lovers, so we’ve basically made three ice spheres made out of lime, bit of sugar and this beautiful plant. 🌱
Put all the ingredientes together in the freezer, wait and boom! Done 🫧
After that add a generous dose of Hoxton Dry Gin a pinch of Gardeum and close everything up with Three Cents Tonic. So, thanks to our lovely partners.
