For one year, We have been baking MO’ Better muffins and cookies. This started as a request from the amazing owners at Nappily Naturals. It was birthed as a needed fundraiser and continues to largely support Guardin’ Roots The Movement and any event we bring to the community at large. We are excited to grow this fundraiser this year. Every week we bake MO’ Better bakery goods with love for the love of our community. You can purchase the cookies at Nappily Naturals. You can pre order our muffins or cookies for a Saturday delivery! Support an amazing cause. Fund us! There is no better reason to support. Sew into what feeds you! Peace and Love! Love and Light! MO’ Better Bakery! by @_angelarena
This year “Love Can’t Wait’s” Love offering went to the Love life foundation in Oakland California. We were blessed to have the founder, Donald Lacy Jr. speak at our conference and there was no way we could let him go back empty-handed so our community offering went to the Love life foundation in Oakland. Thank you Donald Lacy Jr. for blessing our souls! #lovecantwait, #angelarenaandco, #lovelifefoundation #lovelife #love by @_angelarena

Congratulations to @_angelarena for hosting her 3rd Annual Love Can’t Wait: Love is a Portal event at the Barbara Morrison Performing Arts Center in Leimert Park this past weekend. I had the thrill of speaking on “Opening the door through Purpose-driven Leadership and Living from Within”. I also had the fortune of hearing from Karen A Clark who spoke on Confidence and Performance. She fed into me and everyone before I took the stage. Such an empowering word from her. Great day for word, art, meditation, food, and culture. Great job, Angela!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 by @_angelarena

ONE WEEK. 💜 LOVE CAN’T WAIT 2026: STARGATE LOVE We are living through challenging times. People are feeling the weight of rising costs, economic uncertainty, division, long workdays, family pressures, difficult commutes, and the constant noise of a world that can make peace feel harder and harder to find. And when life keeps coming at you, it is easy to move into survival mode. But we were not created simply to survive this moment. We are here to THRIVE through it. That requires restoration. Restoration of the mind. Restoration of the body. Restoration of the spirit. Restoration of our relationships. Restoration of our sense of purpose. Because what if this moment is not only something we have to endure? What if it is a door? What if the disruption is asking us to rethink how we live, how we love, how we build community, how we use our gifts, and what we are willing to create next? We can look at everything happening around us and believe that life is happening to us—or we can recognize that there may be an opportunity opening for us. That is STARGATE LOVE. 💜 Love is the portal. 🚪 Each speaker is a door. 🔑 Each speaker holds a key to your restoration. You don’t have to wait for the economy to change. You don’t have to wait for the world to become peaceful. You don’t have to wait for everything around you to be perfect before you begin restoring what is within you. You don’t have to wait to be restored. YOU ARE YOUR RESTORATION. It is time to TAP IN. Join us October 9–10 at the Barbara Morrison Performing Arts Center in Leimert Park for Love Can’t Wait 2026: STARGATE LOVE. 🎟️ Tickets: $33 angelarena.com tbmpac.com (no fees charged) THE DOORS ARE OPEN. THE KEYS ARE YOURS. What will you open? 💜✨ by @_angelarena
✨ SPEAKER SPOTLIGHT: DONALD LACY JR. ✨ Comedian • Actor • Founder, LoveLife Foundation There is a special kind of brilliance that comes from being able to make people laugh, make people think, and then move people to action. That is Donald Lacy Jr. Donald is a gifted comedian and actor whose talent has touched audiences for years, but what makes his story even more powerful is what he chose to do in the face of unimaginable tragedy. After losing his teenage daughter to gang violence, Donald could have allowed grief to silence him. Instead, he turned his pain into PURPOSE. ❤️ He transformed tragedy into a living legacy through the LoveLife Foundation in Oakland, California — pouring love, advocacy, mentorship, creativity, and opportunity back into young people and the community. That is restoration. Not pretending the pain never happened. Not forgetting who was lost. But allowing LOVE to take what tried to destroy you and create something that can help restore somebody else. This is why Donald Lacy Jr. belongs in the room at Love Can’t Wait 2026: STARGATE LOVE. ✨ Love is the portal. 🚪 Each speaker is a door. 🔑 Each speaker holds a key to your restoration. Donald’s life reminds us that even after devastating loss, purpose can still speak. Love can still move. Legacy can still be built. You don’t have to wait to be restored. You are your restoration. TAP IN. 🌌 LOVE CAN’T WAIT 2026: STARGATE LOVE 📅 October 9–10, 2026 📍 Barbara Morrison Performing Arts Center | Leimert Park, Los Angeles 🎟️ GET YOUR TICKETS TODAY! angelarena.com tbmpac.com — no fees charged Come experience Donald Lacy Jr. and an extraordinary gathering of voices, stories, wisdom, love, and restoration.
