🚨 OUR FIRST CAMPAIGN ENDORSEMENT! 🇺🇸

I’m proud and honored to announce that I’ve received my first official endorsement for the April 2027 election from the Democratic Municipal Officials (DMO)!

As a third-generation Maywood resident, I’ve always believed that leadership is about service, accountability, and delivering real results for our community.

This endorsement is an exciting milestone, but our work is just beginning.

My commitment remains the same: BUSINESS. JOBS. PEOPLE.

I’m grateful for the confidence and support as we continue building a stronger Maywood together.

This is only the beginning. Let’s get to work! 💪🏾

Thank you to Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle and the Cook County Board of Commissioners for their continued support of Maywood.

I had the opportunity to speak during the County’s FY2027 budget meeting and personally express my appreciation for their assistance.

Strong partnerships and continued collaboration are essential to bringing resources and opportunities to our community.

Stronger Together.

❤️ DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONS. DIFFERENT MISSIONS. ONE COMMUNITY.

What makes a community stronger? PEOPLE WHO SHOW UP FOR EACH OTHER!

Behind every event is someone with a vision. Someone volunteering their time. Someone working to create opportunities, bring people together, or make a difference in someone else’s life.

And I believe those efforts deserve to be recognized and supported.

From family festivals and business networking to honoring veterans, celebrating community leadership, supporting nonprofits, and giving back during the holidays — there’s so much happening throughout Maywood and Proviso Township!

And I want to help spread the word! 📣

I believe leadership isn’t about being the only person in the spotlight.

It’s about making sure others have an opportunity to shine.

📢 HAVE AN UPCOMING EVENT?

Whether you’re a business owner, church, nonprofit, school, community organization, or simply a resident planning something positive, I encourage you to share your event in the comments!

📸 POST YOUR FLYER BELOW!

Let’s help each other fill rooms, support local businesses, raise funds, connect families, and strengthen our neighborhoods.

You don’t need a title, position, or membership to make a difference.

You just need a willingness to show up.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not about who gets the credit.

It’s about the impact we leave on the people and communities we serve.

❤️ Community First. People First. Always.

STRONGER TOGETHER!

Building Relationships. Creating Opportunities.

Today, I had the opportunity to visit the Melrose Park Chamber of Commerce & Community Development and connect with fellow business and community leaders.

I appreciate the conversation, hospitality, and opportunity to continue strengthening relationships throughout our neighboring communities.

There is always value in showing up, listening, learning, and building meaningful connections.

🍽️ WELCOME TO MAYWOOD!

I stopped by Lil’ Red Wagon Delicious Edible’s, located at 852 S. 17th Ave., Maywood, IL 60153, and had to show some love to one of our local businesses.

I ordered two tuna sandwiches—and I can honestly say it was the best tuna sandwich I’ve ever had! The Italian ice was great too. 🍧

If you haven’t stopped by yet, go check them out, grab something to eat, and support a Maywood business.

Welcome to Maywood, Lil’ Red Wagon Delicious Edible’s! 🎉

Great being at Proviso East Homecoming and seeing so many familiar faces!

I enjoyed spending time with my brothers from Jeptha Lodge 90 and seeing Proviso East’s principal while celebrating the students, families, alumni, and community that make Proviso East special.

Always good to be out in the community.

Rain or shine, service continues.

Today I joined my brothers of Jeptha Lodge #90 for our monthly food giveaway. Even with the rain coming down, we were out there doing what we do—serving and giving back to the community.

It’s always good to stand alongside my Masonic brothers and help make sure families have a little extra support.

BUSINESS. JOBS. PEOPLE.

I had to stop by Burger Bistro today—they just opened!

There’s something special about seeing a new business open its doors and invest in our community. Every new business represents an entrepreneur taking a chance, new opportunities, and another reason to support local.

Congratulations to the Burger Bistro team on the opening. Now it’s our turn as a community to show up and support them!

BUSINESS. JOBS. PEOPLE.

Today I enjoyed lunch with my Chamber client at New Era Restaurant and had the opportunity to connect with the owners, learn more about their business, and hear about the challenges and opportunities they’re experiencing.

Supporting local businesses means more than stopping by—it means showing up, listening, and understanding what they need to grow and succeed.

These conversations help us identify opportunities, connect resources, and work toward solutions that strengthen our local business community.

❤️ I LOVE, LOVE IT when the community comes together!

What a great turnout for the Maywood Chamber of Commerce’s AI: The Future Is Now Lunch & Learn!

It was great seeing so many local business owners in one room, learning how AI can help businesses work smarter, become more efficient, and grow.

There were so many questions, and our speaker did not disappoint! The conversation was engaging, informative, and showed just how interested our business community is in understanding and using AI. 🤖💡

And the food from T & JJ’s Eatery & Luxury Venue was AMAZING! 🔥

We also had a special guest, our Academic Excellence Committee Chair, who was there ready to connect with business owners who need workers and help create new workforce opportunities.

This is what bringing the community together looks like:

BUSINESS. JOBS. PEOPLE. AI.

Connecting businesses to resources.
Connecting employers to talent.
Connecting people to opportunity.

This is how we build a stronger community—together.
