Hi there! 👋🏽People ask me all the time, “what is that you do?”. Well I do a number of things but the common thread is DEVELOPING PEOPLE. 🦋It’s my favorite thing! I LOVE LOVE seeing people grow into the fullness of their potential. 🪴 I count it as an honor to help them on their journey. I rededicated my life to the Lord in 2008 and have been all in every since. ✔️ I AM Called, Anointed and Appointed to Preach and Teach the gospel of Jesus and help people live a TRANSFORMED Life. ✔️I AM a Change Strategist. I lead people through transition to TRANSFORMATION - personally, professionally, spiritually and organizationally. ✔️I AM a Coach, Speaker, Mentor and Trainer. I have done so professionally since 2005. ✔️I earned my Masters degree in Learning and Organizational Change in 2012 from Northwestern University. ✔️I AM a Licensed Christian Minister. Graduated from the Potter’s House School of Ministry in 2017. ✔️I AM the Founder and Executive Director of Bold Believers United Ministries ®️. A 501c3 nonprofit Christian organization founded in 2015. ✔️I AM the Founder and CEO of Bowman Global LLC ™️. Press ▶️‼️Here’s a glimpse of what took place during the 1st ever @boldbelieversunited ministries, Love Encounter: Sunday Service on 4/23/23 at Black Coffee Northwest❗️When God told me to host this event as I crossed over into 40 years old, He kept leading me to the book of Exodus and Moses. God told me to GO back home to Seattle because He is rescuing HIS people. God LOVES YOU/US too much to allow us to stay bound and separated from Him, Our Creator and Loving Father. Love Encounter took a village to pull together in a short period of time. Thank you to every person who had a hand in helping this God vision come to life in just a few weeks! Thank you @mrsweary and @blackcoffeenw for the venue! Thank you @itscharsweb and @vanessammcclure for coordinating logistics. Pastor @jc_manaway and @iamtianache for your powerful voices and pointing people to God’s love! Trust the Process! In all areas of life…including hair! People always ask me about my hair and how I achieve my natural hairstyles. For this one I use @myrevair reverse air hair dryer to stretch it. Happy Birthday to my Spiritual Mother, Elder Christie!!! 🩷🎉14 years! 🙌🏽🫶🏽 From the moment the Lord connected our paths in 2012, my life has never been the same. He knew exactly what I needed at the tender age of 29.Over these past 14 years, we have shared so many birthdays, conversations, prayers, and experiences. Yet one thing has remained constant, my deep gratitude to the Lord for placing you in my life.Thank you for being a living example of what it truly means to live a life fully surrendered to Jesus. There were so many highlights at the Closing the Gap Women’s Conference, but one of my faves was watching five of my mentees preach the house down.My vision has always been to equip, train, and raise up those who are next. Each of my mentees made me proud, but more importantly, they honored God through their obedience to His call.I am a spiritual midwife, and part of my assignment is to help birth purpose, cultivate gifts, and create room for others to walk in what God has placed inside of them. Leaders, we cannot say we are a mentor, or that we disciple people, and never give space for them to go forth.
