Dear Almighty God,
I'm overwhelmed with gratitude as I stand at the threshold of this incredible journey's end. 6 years of blood, sweat, and tears in the university of Lagos have led me to this moment 🎉. Despite the Asuu strikes that tested my patience, the COVID pandemic that shook the world, and the countless nights of anxiety, You've been My Rock, My Refuge, My Provider, My Peace and My Hiding Place.
You've carried me through the tough times, provided for me in abundance, and given me the strength to persevere. You've surrounded me with amazing people - family, friends, and mentors who've shaped me into who I am today 🙏.

My Mother, I can't thank you enough 🙌. Your unwavering support, love, and sacrifices have brought me to this milestone. This achievement is as much mine as it is yours. Thank you for believing in me, even when I doubted myself 🥹😍.

To my siblings, friends, colleagues, course mates, former roommates and everyone who's played a part in this journey, thank you! 🙏 Your encouragement, prayers, and love have made this journey unforgettable 💖.

Lord, You've done it again! You've turned my test into a testimony, my struggles into strength, my sorrow into joy, my lack into plenty, I'm forever grateful 🙏. As I embark on this new chapter, I ask for Your continued guidance, wisdom, and protection 🙌.

Congratulations to me 🎉, but above all, glory be to God 🙏!

Ibadan work trip diaries 🥹❤️

This trip came with a little story of its own. On my way to Ibadan, our bus tyre suddenly burst while we were on the fast lane, and honestly, it was a really scary moment. 😩 For a moment, all I could do was hope and pray that everyone would be okay.

But God came through for us, and we made it to Ibadan safely. 🙏🏽❤️

Sometimes, you plan a journey without knowing what lies ahead, but God’s protection is something you can never take for granted.

All I can say is thank You, Lord, for the journey mercies. I went out and came back safely, and that alone is enough reason to be grateful🥹❤️.

Another one for the books🤍✨

One of my favourite parts of working as an Event Manager under a planner is being on ground and watching the whole plan come to life.

For this PepsiCo event, I was responsible for guest accreditation and management, food flow, usher coordination, the duty-free station, and generally making sure everything on ground moved as smoothly as it should.

There’s always so much happening behind the scenes, and sometimes it’s the little things you handle quietly that make the biggest difference.

Grateful to be part of a team @tooshevents that trusts me to show up, take charge, and get the job done. ✨

Another event successfully managed.
Another beautiful execution.

September was a busy one 😩🤲🏽
A lot of work, long days, stressful moments, but also plenty of laughter, good times, and moments where I simply enjoyed myself ❤️.

It was one of those months that reminded me that life can be a lot at once…..work, pressure, fun, memories, and everything in between❤️

Looking back, it was a good month. 🤎
Here’s to everything September brought with it and everything October has in store. ✨

God, I thank You for bringing me this far. I’m grateful for life, for growth, for the lessons, and even for the things I didn’t understand at the time.

As I step into this new year, I pray for clarity. Clear direction, clear decisions, clear purpose, and the wisdom to know what is truly meant for me. Remove confusion, distractions, and anything that keeps me from becoming the person You created me to be.

I pray for the courage to choose myself, the discipline to keep growing, and the wisdom to keep doing things right 🙇🏽‍♀️❤️.

Happy 25th birthday to me❤️

At 15, I had no idea what life would look like at 25. I just hoped I would grow into someone I could be proud of. And honestly, looking at myself today, I’m proud of how far I’ve come.

Life hasn’t been perfect. I’ve cried. I’ve been disappointed. I’ve made mistakes, trusted the wrong people, questioned myself, felt lost, and had moments where I genuinely didn’t know what was next.

But somehow, I kept going.

God kept me.

And that is something I will never take for granted.

At 25, I’m still figuring things out, still learning, still growing, and still becoming. I don’t have everything together, and I don’t need to pretend that I do. But I’m grateful for the woman I’m becoming.

I’m building the life I once prayed for step by step. I’m chasing my dreams, building my businesses, creating opportunities, and learning to believe in myself even when things don’t happen as quickly as I want them to.
I’m proud of the strength it took to get here.

I’m proud that I didn’t allow the things that hurt me to change the good in me. I’m learning to protect my peace, set boundaries, walk away when necessary, and stop forcing things that are not meant for me.

This new year of my life, I pray for clarity, growth, financial stability, good health, genuine friendships, meaningful opportunities, and the courage to keep choosing myself.

Most importantly, I pray that I never lose my relationship with God. May I continue to trust Him, even when I don’t understand the process.

At 15, I dreamed of becoming the woman I am today.

So, 25-year-old me, keep going.

You may not be exactly where you thought you’d be, but you are not where you used to be.

And that’s worth celebrating.

Here’s to 25. 🥂❤️

May this be the year I become even more of the woman I was created to be.

Happy birthday to me. ✨
