Hi, I'm Aasifa, and my biggest problem is that I fall in love with a new creative medium every few months."

If you've known me for the last decade, you've probably seen me jump from one creative adventure to another—different hobbies, different businesses, different art forms. And honestly, many of you have been cheering me on through all of it, so thank you.
But I also see a lot of new faces here, and I thought this would be the perfect time to introduce myself.

I've often been told I'm a "Jack of all trades." To which I like to say—Jack of all trades, master of many.
For the longest time, I tried convincing myself that I needed to pick one thing. One art form. One niche. One path. Because that's what we're told success looks like.
The problem is... that's never really been me.
I love painting. I love mixed media. I love experimenting. I love learning new skills and finding new ways to create.
And after years of trying to fit myself into one box, I've finally decided not to.
So I've created this space—a place where all those creative parts of me can coexist.
Which brings me to something I've been putting off for far too long.
I've finally updated my portfolio.
For almost two years, I kept telling myself, "I'll do it after the next painting." Then another painting. Then another project. Some of my works take years to complete, and I realized that if I kept waiting to feel ready, I'd probably never share it.
So here it is.
I'm a contemporary mixed-media artist, and this portfolio is a collection of where I've been, what I've created, and where I'm headed next.
I have so many ideas planned for this space, and I can't wait to share them with you.
Thank you for being here. Let's see where this journey takes us ♥️🧿 taken in India by @_artbyaasi

If only I could work this fast 🥹

Working on bigger projects with a time constraint reminds an artist of what we can achieve if we push through..

Finished a project for an Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In Thane.

It takes several years, decades or sometimes entire lifetime to get to the point where we understand the point of life. Living for yourself. Living your fullest and realising you havent even started yet. I have the power to rant about my life. Its upto me to chose wether i am ranting positive or constant deniel of whats happening with me. Life can be as big as you built it with gratitude towards every passing second.

Art for me is about satisfaction. And that can be achieved even in half done work. What feels overdone to one is half done for another and perfectly finished for someone else at the same time.

What it makes you feel with the naked eyes is all what matters.

Got an opportunity to recreate this stunning piece for a lovely and understanding family as a last project of 2025. Definitely had a rush of blood while making and as an artist its still growing on me. Might take some time to get it off my mind or ill have to visit it once more. But for now, it found its place and serving the purpose 🏞

More to come as we push through the new year ♥️

The most amazing feeling is when animal lover artists assemble (like avengers) and create something in their own ways for the betterment of the furr kids in need.. was honoured to work with @besantmemorialanimaldispensary 2nd time for their annual fund raiser calender...

Thiru was my boy and his eyes has my whole heart.

It was amazing working with every single artist involved and the BMAD team. Worked with very good friends @vinaiooki @art_for_life93 ..

Pre order links will be dropping soon.. ill keep you all posted...your one pizza money can go towards a great cause..

The groundedness you feel when you meet fellow artists out of no where and it feels like we are friends from childhood and we are given the opportunity to be ourselves for those few hours without any fear and judgement is beyond explaination and lacks words.

I met few yesterday in pouring rain and God it was fun.

@artseehopefoundation gave us the opportunity to volunteer and paint a school in Vashi and the group was amazinggg.. the cute little kids who came there with such early backgrounds in charity and NGO work was inspiring and all the fellow artists were amazing in their respective feilds and sweetheart of humans.

I look forward to more such fun work meetups in future.. @art_for_life93 @artist_priyaankaa @affi1608
without rains ofcourseeee 😭😭🌈

To add a light setup for my plants in this rainy season I used this old Lid of a fish tank. But the blank panel wasn't giving the vibe...so I painted it with #varegatedmonstera leaf 💚 taken in Thane - The City Of Lakes by @_artbyaasi

#youcanstitchwithus
Prompt #monochrome

I can sure do leave the current human race and take all my kids and family and go live in a jungle thats how much I love greens.

Heartache? Gardening
Disturbed head?? Gardening
Restless body, mind and soul?? Gardening
Artist block?? Gardening
Plants?? Gardening
Happy?? For sureee Gardening...

The answer to any disturbance in my life goes back to soil. So whats a better way to use the prompt monochrome and use alll the shades of greens from my studio 😝

I don't have the variegated variety of the monstera.. won't invest in one until we move into our permanent home ♥️

But who says I cant have a painting of the same...🤣🤣😝
You grow you paint
Both the same ✌️🫂

A very special order finally reached its designated expectations and place..

Sometimes its difficult to find peace as an artist with your creation.. after a bit of inner struggles I decided to let go and varnished the beauty.
