I cannot believe sixteen years of competitive dancing has finally come to an end. It seems like yesterday I was getting ready with my baby doll for my first dance “Baby Face”. I can still remember the smell of the worn marley and wood at my first ever studio, Suncoast School of The Arts. It’s hard to put into words everything I’ve learned whilst being a competitive dancer; respect, common courtesy, and responsibility just to name a few. I am who I am today because of dance. It’s not just a hobby to me- it is my life and everything I’ve ever been surrounded by. I cannot thank everyone who has played a role in my journey enough. My heart is so full with the support of my friends and family. Arriving at Karl and DiMarco North was incredibly intimidating and challenging at first. I am grateful to have had SO many loving and caring people surrounding me at this new studio. I will forever cherish the memories made at SSOTA and K&D North. 🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤 #suncoastinthehouse!! #youknowww #whoarewe #kandd!! taken in Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate by @_ashlynmichele

I had an unbelievable last first competition this past weekend @iddancecomp !! 🌹🤍✨. I am still in shock and I am so incredibly grateful. I couldn’t do this without my parents, my dance family, and especially all my dance teachers. I received twelve special awards for my solos, with a first in category and second overall for my contemporary. The most special award given to one soloist was the Eisenhower Dance Detroit Intensive Scholarship. It’s a scholarship where I have an opportunity to go to Detroit, Michigan and take classes. I also have an opportunity to go to ID Dance Nationals and perform in their opening number! It has been such a memorable way to start my last season!🌟#ultraiconic #danceparty #idicons taken in Palmetto, Florida by @_ashlynmichele
