Months of planning, weeks of prep, all cakes freshly baked right before— say hello to @caketelierofficial’s first foray into ✨ Luxury Dessert Tables ✨ The theme of this table was fresh spring florals, with a predominantly blush palette 🌸🌷 A huge emphasis on “fresh”, because everything (down to every kind of jam used) was made fresh with top quality ingredients. 🎂 The Cake & Dessert Menu 🎂🌸 Carrot Cake Cheesecake 🌸 Carrot Cake with Brown Butter Cream Cheese Frosting🌸 Red Velvet Cake🌸 Chocolate Fudge Cake (Gluten Free)🌸 Macaron & Rose Tower (Gluten Free)🌸 Brown Butter Madeleines (Gluten Free)🌸 Lemon Cheesecake Verrines🌸 Raspberry Cheesecake Verrines🌸 Mini Swedish Princess Cake Cups🌸 Mini Raspberry Custard Cakes…and the list goes on While this isn’t my first rodeo with cake tables (we did them for years at @thesweetlifebyange), we took this one up a few notches with the highest quality organic ingredients, gluten free options & freshly made everything. “Not too sweet” is always key for us. We finish the table off with fresh luxury floral arrangements & fresh floral accents on the cakes & desserts because they just add that special touch each time 🌸Cakes, desserts, styling & installation - @caketelierofficial by @_atelierange

@cartier x @caketelierofficial Still manifesting that collab but so thrilled to have created this thing of beauty 🌹💎 @lontaylor wanted to pull all the stops for Maria’s @insta_vain birthday cake so we went with a full @cartier theme ♥️ Every cake artist will tell you achieving this deep Cartier red is, in & of itself, one of the most challenging things you can do 🎂 This two-tier beaut is a red velvet cake inside covered in a dark chocolate ganache and finished with Swiss Meringue Buttercream in that signature red shade 🥂✨🍰 Topped off with burgundy bows & the crowning glory: that signature alligator necklace the birthday girl absolutely loves ♥️ So obsessed with this cake & love that it’s kicking off Aquarius season in the sweetest way possible 😍 #cartier #cakeartist #cakedecorating #losangeles #luxury by @_atelierange
