FSU Invitational 10/9/26

We came into this meet with a few goals. The first one was to win it. The second one was to improve our 4-8 guys. I am one of those 4-8 guys.

The race was not easy, but we were able to win the meet and accomplish some of these goals. On Friday, we will race again. Same goals, different expectations.

The following meet will be our C-USA Cross Country Championship.

Nothing gets me more pumped than XC.

Shout out to @shaddy_starboy_ for the win and @tate.janssen for the sick photos

Georgia Tech Invitational • 5000m •

Not the result I was chasing, but that’s part of racing. Coming off a 15:17 last week, I wanted more, but days like this build what’s next.

Grateful for the support from Coach @jprunark14 and @jaxstate_xctf

One more 1500m to close the season, then back home to train 🇦🇷
