From cheering for Team USA to helping champion the people behind it.

I’ve officially joined the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation’s NextGen Council.

My first visit to the Olympic & Paralympic Training Center and the Olympic & Paralympic Museum gave me a deeper appreciation for what it takes to compete at this level—the discipline, sacrifice, resources, and people behind every athlete.

There’s something different about experiencing moments like this with them.

Not just watching the game—but understanding the scale of it. The energy. The people. The cultures that exist inside a stadium like this.

I want them to grow up knowing the world is bigger than what they see every day…and that they have a place in it

Because one day, rooms like this—moments like this—won’t feel big.

My parents were awarded honorary doctorates in 2020, and this week we finally returned to @alabamastate1867 to celebrate.

I stood in for my mom — who couldn’t be there, but her presence was felt.

Watching my dad walk that stage, holding that moment for both of them was more than I can put into words.
