I’m SO excited to announce that I’m officially a SheSports Athlete! As a current softball player, I know firsthand how much the mental and physical sides of the game matter, and how powerful it is to have strong women in your corner.

SheSports is a FREE app + community created for girls in sports. It’s a space where girls can learn from female collegiate and pro athletes, by building confidence, and getting support both on and off the field.

I know how much strong female role models matter. Girls deserve a space that’s positive, real, and safe and that’s exactly what we’re building. On SheSports, I’ll be sharing content around confidence, mental health, nutrition, training, and the real moments that have shaped me as an athlete and as a woman.
