150 F*KN pounds gone.

That’s a whole person. Gone.

I’ve stared at these pictures probably a hundred times with so many mixed emotions. What’s even crazier? This is the FIFTH time in my life I’ve lost over 100 pounds.

Yeah… fifth. Gluttony of all kinds will do that to you. 🤦🏼‍♂️

But I knew this had to be the last time. I had to get serious about my F*CKN life, man.

425lbs wasn’t who I was meant to be, and nobody was coming to drag me out of it. Because they couldn’t. It was my own doing. AGAIN.

I finally understood I wasn’t fighting a physical problem. The weight was just the part everybody could see.

I had to get sick enough of my own bullshit to actually fight for myself. And now I make damn sure I do it every day.

I’m 275 today and still nowhere near where I want to be.

Good.

Because I didn’t come this f*cking far just to get comfortable again.

150 DOWN.

Next goal: 12% body fat by this time next year.

Can’t wait to see how far I can take this sh*t. ⚓️🔥
