Hiiii this isn’t easy to post but I feel like I NEED to.

Here is some Monday mf motivation for yall!!
NEVER STOP SHOWING UP FOR YOURSELF.
257 lbs at 4’11” just a surviving to 125lbs and FULL of life. 🔥🙌🏼

If you don’t believe you can you never will. You can do hard things!!

I’m becoming my own motivation and my old self would not believe who I am today. You can create your own happiness you just have to be disciplined enough to push forward when it’s hard. I’m proof it’s possible.

I literally did that yall what the helly 🥹🥹😍

TWO PRs IN ONE WEEK?!🔥🥳
YA GURRRL WAS MOOOVIN TODAY 🏃🏼‍♀️🙌🏼

Officially in the 8-minute mile cleerrrb and I’m just a little excited about it!!🎉🥲👏🏻

I just continue to amaze myself. One year ago it took me over 25 minutes to walk a mile. Now I’m running 3 miles in that time frame.
How lucky and blessed I am to wake up every day and get to move my body. Forever grateful. 🙏🏼

YALLLL.
My new personal record!!!
9:15 pace!
27 minutes and 55 seconds for 3 miles!🥳

This morning I shaved 54 SECONDS off my mile pace!! That’s 2 minutes and 42 seconds off my 3-mile run! 😭👏🏼🎉
Incredible.

After my run I sat in my car and thought about how far I’ve come, and it honestly blows my mind.
I’m so impressed with myself.

Running, lifting, pushing myself, watching myself grow, surrounding myself with amazing people, and genuinely LOVING the life I’m living.

I’m just so incredibly grateful. For the growth, the opportunities, the people, the little moments, and every single version of myself that got me here.

I’ve built such a deamy and beautiful life and I’m just really, really happy to be here. 🫶🏼✨

I love you all! 💖🙏🏼
Thank you for being apart of my journey!
