Endocrine - Turbo Hormonal Suppository

Tracked 5 Endocrine songs the other day and it’s already sounding meeeeaan 👺 Have really really enjoyed doing this project with @erin.o.m and @log.dog_ and so happy to capture it with @phoebe_wigglyair immaculate vibes ❤️ by @_baldozer

Home at last, the More Goatkraft More Granite Euro/Scandi tour is done, another one in the books 😴

Massive thank you to everyone who came down to the shows and made it all feel so worth it... to all the venues, venue staff and people behind the scenes for making everything possible and as pain free as touring can be! Thank you to the homies in @necrofier @sarcator and @worlddecaybe for sharing the stage with us 🤗

Thanks to my bandmates for only pretending to bum me and @noclasstouring for delivering us in one piece every time 🙌

Very humbling and inspiring to watch @el_dobber do the damn thing every night, and for the words of wisdom not something I'll forget soon, whether I'll learn my lesson is altogether a different matter 🤡

Few weeks of peace(ish) till we head to the States and do it all over again... Christ 🙃

For now, sweet Marie waits for me ❤

🥁🐐🇳🇴 Celebrated my 200th Hellripper show in a sweatbox in Oslo last night… slowly perfecting the double jackknife frontflip cowbell solo in homage to and in reverence of @jerome_reil 🫡

That’s 5 shows of 11 done on this run, we do Norrköping tonight 🇸🇪🫠

From last week recording Vac album no.3 🫡

Pretty sure we kept this take from the opening track 👀

So pleased with how the first mixes have come out, wish I could’ve been there for the rest of the week to see everyone else’s hard work in action… safe to say this is the most work I’ve ever put into a collection of songs let alone how much the rest of the gang have hustled for this one… so happy to work/play/enjoy this process with friends, it’s gonna be a humdinger! ❤️☠️🥁
