TERM PROJECT: GENERAL SETTINGS (1 of 5)

This series explores self-perception and surveillance through a visual structure built from two viewpoints: the first-person perspective (“I”) and the third-person perspective (“they”). Each of the 5 main images is a composite of these two angles, created from separate shots of the same subject performing the same gesture. By merging these viewpoints into a single frame, I purposely disconnect the scene from reality and create a perspective that does not naturally exist, one in which the subject is both inside their own body and outside of it at the same time.

TERM PROJECT: GENERAL SETTINGS (4 of 5)

It has been a while but here we go. For this series, I decided to go a bit absurd and raw, very experimental. While scouting for locations, I found this office in the school's library, which was really interesting because it didn't look like it belongs there. Maybe I should go back and check it out more.

Learned so much from this shoot and also extremely grateful to work with these amazing people in the team.
