🌀Flowing Through Transitions🌀

Whether desired or not, change happens with and within the seasons ☀️🌻. We have a choice to lean in and move with the divine force in order to propel forward or to retract and go against nature out of fear. Let it flow with grace 🌊💕🧘🏽‍♀️

✨ If you change your mind, you change your world. ✨

From feeling stuck in low vibrational spaces to feeling like I don’t work a day in my life because I live intentionally in alignment with my purpose daily. God is the greatest. My support system is solid. Made my mind up, set a plan, put the action behind it and had FAITH through it allllllll 🙌

Taking my time to FEEL and embrace change. I chose to be even morw intentionally present this week. Not much recording but the work is always being done regardless 🪄

💫 Taking in pieces of artwork with the people I love has grown to be a serious love language. @highmuseumofart has free entry every second Sunday. 🗣️FREE DATES DO EXIST

💫 I’m super excited for the grand opening of @onelifehamiltonmill . The new Mind and Body studio is gorgeous and I am honored to be among one of the first instructors to break-in the studio and offer new classes 🤗

💫Alignment is so beautiful! Connections made with like-minded souls are always a reminder of being exactly where I’m meant to BE 💝

Grateful, thankful, blessed ♾️🤲🏽 taken in High Museum of Art, Atlanta by @_beingcoco

✨November-week 1 Recap*✨

💫I fired myself from a space I outgrew a LONG time ago (iykyk and if you don’t you may have to wait for my biopic 🤣) and taught 13 classes instead and attended 2 classes as a student 🧘🏾‍♀️

💫Not only was I able to celebrate my father’s 55th birthday but all 6 of my siblings, my sons, mother, and grandmother were all able to join 🥹🫶🏽

💫My life officially supports a healthy sleep and meditation schedule 💯

💫 Tattoos with @goodpeopleink are always timely synchronicities 💉🎨

💫 Animal therapy at @gga_dwarfgoats heals me 🥹🫶🏽

💫 Major shoutout to @betrustudios for the nudge to dive back into my purpose and expand.. and not letting up since 😅🙏🏽

The support and love shown during the recent changes in life have been a true blessing. I’m grateful. There is so much to look forward to but simply being in the present is always enough.Allah is the greatest 🙌🏽 by @_beingcoco
