The water. 💧
The workouts. 🏋🏽‍♀️
The incline walks. 🚶🏽‍♀️
The days I showed up even when I didn’t feel like it.
The days I chose myself and my mental health. 💙

Upper body → incline walk because 10K steps is the goal… and some days we’re feeling ambitious and going for 12K. 😂

Then hanging from the pull-up bar → assisted pull-ups → slowly watching my strength and progress change.

And honestly? Sometimes you just need to SEE IT.

Not because the number on the scale changed.
Not because you’re chasing perfection.
But because you deserve to recognize the work you’ve been putting in. 🥹👏🏽

Reminder: the small things you do consistently eventually become the progress you can see.

Keep going, girl. We’re not done yet. 💪🏽✨

One of the only times I ask for a straw is when I’m treating myself to boba. 🧋💙

And every single time, Bear watches me do this like it’s the most important job of the day. 😂🐾

Before I throw the straws away, I cut them into tiny pieces.

It’s a simple habit that can help reduce the risk of wildlife especially sea turtles and other marine animals being harmed if plastic ever ends up in the environment.

I also recycle whenever I can because I truly believe that small actions, repeated consistently, can make a difference. 🌎♻️

We may not be able to solve everything on our own, but we can all choose to do a little more.

Bear approved this environmental PSA. 🐾💙

Do you have a small habit that helps protect the planet? I’d love to hear it below. 🌿👇

Today’s mission: 12,000 steps.🚶🏻‍♀️✨

Luckily, I have the cutest accountability partner. 🧸🐾

Some days Bear walks.
Some days Bear rides.
Today he decided to supervise from his stroller while I put in the work. 😂

Honestly, these walks have become one of my favorite parts of the day.

Fresh air.
Movement.
Quality time with my little best friend.

And before you know it, the steps add up.💙

Who’s working on a step goal right now? Drop your daily goal below! 👇🏼✨

Self-care night = comfy pjs, snacks, Love Island, and Bear living his best life with his bully stick. 🐻🤎

Never watched a single episode until my neighbor invited me to a watch party… now somehow I’m fully invested in everyone’s drama. 😂

The challenges still gross me out sometimes, but here I am, keeping up every week. 💀

Meanwhile, Bear’s got his bully stick secured in his bully stick holder from Woof like the king he is. 👑

@Woof Hey Woof, come sponsor Bear already. He’s working harder than some of these Islanders. 🤭

Episode #1 The missing socks…

Netflix: Tell us when you first realized he had a problem.

Me: For years, socks have mysteriously disappeared from our home. 🧦

At first, I thought I was losing them in the dryer…

Then I found the culprit. 🐾

Meet Benji Bear:
🏆 3-time Sock Theft Champion
🏆 Master of Drawer Raids
🏆 Wanted in multiple laundry baskets

Despite overwhelming evidence, he maintains his innocence and insists the socks simply followed him home. 😌

The Netflix documentary drops soon.

Benji Bear: The One Who Took the Socks.🎬🐾

Have you or a loved one been personally victimized by a sock thief? 😂👇

The first few seconds are Bear enjoying the breeze on the balcony…

The second half is my angel, Handsome Louis, doing the exact same thing years ago. 🥹🌈🐾

Different souls.
Different chapters.
The same little habit that somehow found its way back to me.

Sometimes I catch Bear doing something and it instantly takes me back to Louis.

It’s bittersweet.
It’s beautiful.
And it’s a reminder that love never really leaves us—it just changes form. 🤍

To my Handsome Louis, thank you for sending me little reminders that you’re still here.

And to Bear, thank you for helping me smile through them. 🐾

If you’ve ever loved and lost a pet, you know they’re never truly gone. 🌈✨

Your pup isn’t being stubborn… the outdoors are just WAY more exciting than your living room 😂🐿️🐕

One of the best training tips?
Use a special high-value treat ONLY for outdoor training + walks.

That way your dog starts associating outside focus = jackpot reward 🫶🐾

Think: tiny pieces of chicken, cheese, freeze-dried treats, etc.
Save the extra good stuff for distractions outdoors and watch their focus improve over time 👏

Morning routine with Bear 🐾💙

Freshly cleaned bowl first because yes… it’s SO important to clean your dog’s water bowl before every refill. Bacteria builds up fast and our babies deserve clean water too. ✨

Then we add:💧 Fresh water🦷 Dog Dental Water Additive (odorless + flavorless for daily oral care)🥥 A splash of coconut water

Coconut water can help support hydration and contains electrolytes like potassium that are great after walks, playtime, or active days. 🐶✨

Healthy pups = happy pups. 🤍

Comment “LINK” and I’ll happily share the dental additive we use 🫶🏽
