beyond grateful to be able to do what i do, and execute the way i did. it’s an extremely surreal experience to be able to come back and repeat a winning performance, but this time undeniably. it’s still so hard to wrap my mind around who i’m becoming as a lifter and the limits im already pushing.

endless gratitude to @goodlift_weston for being the best coach i could ask for. its been such a beautiful thing to start my college/PL career on a whim with weston, and ending college with two national titles under our belts.

a huge thank you to @maia_liftss and @marcon.lifts for being my foundation in training. they are some of my closest friends, but marcon has basically become a second coach to me, and maia did all my nutrition, start to finish for this prep. this was hands down the smoothest prep/cut i’ve had and its largely because of them. thank u both for keeping me grounded, motivated, and inspired every time i step foot into the gym, and for always providing so much knowledge.

thank you to @nicholassbradyyy and my family for always inspiring me to follow my dreams and never questioning me putting my training first. and to my teammates at @cubarbell for having immense confidence in me, always. you guys make this worth it. my life is overwhelmingly abundant because of you guys. so much love <33333

three years with my best friend today <3

everything seems to come in abundance when i’m with you. thank you for bringing me immense amounts of happiness when i am sad, comfort when i feel alone, and support when times get hard. you are the greatest thing that has happened to me in this lifetime. i would endure anything if it meant meeting you again.

you are a walking representation of everything i strive to be. thank you for showing me how love, patience, and confidence can carry someone through even the hardest of times.

i have so much love for you nick. it’s been so exciting starting a new chapter with you this year, being able to live together and make so many of our dreams come true just emphasized how well we work together. you are my very best friend. truly my other half. you are the greatest compliment to who i am and who i strive to be. to so many more!! by @_bellaadelgado

it’s hard to find the right words to describe what this feels like, and i know it’s because this was one of, if not the biggest accomplishments of my life. this competition was an absolute dream come true. it’s such an honor to walk away with this title amongst some of the most amazing and talented women in the sport. so grateful to have been pushed to have such an incredible meet with the fiercest competition by my side <3

D: 402.3 (second attempt was also an ATPR, but this was a +27 LB PR from my previous 375 in training)

eternally grateful for @goodlift_weston for being there from the very start, building me up to be the lifter that i am today. i am so proud to be your athlete and even though you couldn’t be there on the day, being able to open my phone and see the next game plan was the reason why we made this happen. you are so strategic and passionate about this sport and i thank you for everything you’ve taught me, and i honestly can’t wait to see what we keep doing together. thank you for always understanding me as an athlete

i also wanna say how appreciative i am for @56kayeg and @jessica.haggerty.lifts for giving me the best competition i’ve had so far in powerlifting. 2.5 KG separations between the top three is insane, and y’all really did push me to be my best on the day. happy to have such awesome competition
