Another year completed šŸŽ‰Things lā€™ve learnt over the years.God is everything. Thereā€™s no life, joy or peace without him.Your heart will get broken a few times donā€™t worry, God can heal your heart and give you a brand new life (Iā€™m not referring to relationships alone)Enjoy solitude. Fall deeply in love with yourself and your company.Infuse your life with things you really like and enjoy.Friendships end, Friendships changeGive yourself and your friends grace even as phases changeDonā€™t villianize old friendshipsStay open. Lean into community. Find your people and nurture your relationship with them.Work out, Life weights.Love your body.Find a few daily rituals you enjoy. Just do something you enjoy while at it.Be clear about the life you want to live in the next decade and say no to anything that isnā€™t that no matter how hard it may be.Always remember to Invest. Invest in yourself, invest in your future, secure your future, it waits for no one.Invest in quality over quantity.Eat well.Enjoy what God has given us.Food isnā€™t the enemy but how we eat it. This one is personal cause I love food.A lot of situations/relationships deserve second chances, donā€™t just shut out.Be authentic. Have a mind of your own. Donā€™t follow trends or timelinesDonā€™t let anyone except God dictate the kind of life you should.Donā€™t take life too seriously.Learn to detach from situation, outcomes,people etcTake that solo trip. As many times as possible.Itā€™ll change your life, you can start locally.Explore all your interests.Not all will work, but in the midst of all of it, youā€™ll find your purpose.
