Repeated notes. Drone notes. Root notes. I love it all.

The piece of music I have chosen to accompany this clip is sometimes known as raindrop where the repeated a flat is supposed to mimic the sound of raindrops. Seemed fitting for the wettest festival I’ve ever played.

Thanks @jgvisuals_ for capturing this! by @_benrhysthomas

Grateful to have had a balanced summer of time home and a few one off festivals! Last summer was flat out so was nice to spend some time with the wife and the motorbike. Having said that @fallenfortressopenair and @bautzfestival where good times away with the lads in @sylosisofficial

A few highlights from the @sylosisofficial set at @release_athens

What an incredible crowd! I could hear you over my in-ears and the PA combined! Thank you so much!

Biggest thanks to the behind-the-scenes festival crew, and to the outstanding staff in hospitality and on stage!

@francishunt for smashing it on the desk and for supporting me with the rig!

@sean_creeper for once again fixing my guitar strap locks and looking out for my gear 🖤 Even if you did delay the entire plane with your batteries!

In one of those strangely reflective moods where you feel tempted to fuck off the algorithm and vent into the void of Instagram.

“Everybody wants a good thing.”

Remember, people on Instagram only show the good bits and behind everyone’s success’s, beauty, wealth and accomplishments are struggles, uncertainty and just trying to make it to the next day.

Shout out to those people, just putting the next foot forward. Hands up and chin tucked. by @_benrhysthomas

Somebody from @hellfestopenair saw all those lush French fields and countryside and thought, you know what this place needs?

And they were right! What an incredible festival! Just look at the crowd in this reel! What an audience! Thank you so much!

On the way to France for Hellfest 2026. This is my first time ever at Hellfest and only heard good things!

France has such an amazing history of music in metal and beyond. Always a pleasure to visit!
