We were digging in the crates today and found our OG @filausa Grant Hill 1 & 2’s. Despite members of the @thejoebuddenpod , these were hot in the streets (Arizona).
Grant led NBA all-star voting in the 1995-1996 season. Definitely a classic shoe, especially at a time when Nike was on fire.

Headed to #dtphx yesterday to checc out the BookII + Nike activation and a good time was had. Got to the event early and caught a basketball clinic for some high school aged hoopers who were all wearing the new Book II Nike Sneakers and they were working (as you see in the video). There were purchasing stations for the shoes set up by FootLocker that made grabbing the shoes easy, but we passed today (ours are in the mail already).

Activations like this usually only take place around the Super Bowl/NBA All Star type event so to see this in #dtphx in January is FIRE!! S/o @nikebasketball @suns @dbook and everyone else who made this fun - afterwards we hit ol reliable Majerles and CRUSHED some wings and football, solid day! by @_betterthanyours_

20 Hours in the worlds greatest city (barely edging out the combo of mesa/tempe/phoenix) is always worth it when you get to see friends, eat tremendously and go to some of the best parties in the world. Another @wastemanagement #PhoenixOpen in the books and this 2025 edition was stellar! Our guy @jeromebaker3rd came in town and rocked out at @riothousescottsdale @cakescottsdale and @rcocktailclub whilst @851kellen does what he does and holds down the streets and nightclubs! An absolutely wonderful 4/-5 days and it’s always great to see the homies @cutswellaz @djdexmke @djbossanova @djaaronmichael and everyone else who was working - see you 355 days!
