Reiki has changed my life in different ways. Some of them listed on here but some I can’t even be put into words.

When I found Reiki (or reiki found us), I was a new stay at home mom with 4 kids (plus 1 that I was babysitting) and my nervous system was NOT prepared for that. I was in over my head and felt overwhelmed, touched out, frustrated and stuck.

Beginning my reiki practice was a slow process but once I really committed to doing my practice daily, I could see a significant change in the way I felt. My capacity for life, momming and everything in between, GREW! When I feel overwhelmed or stressed, I have a tool that I can go to to help calm my nervous system and shift the energy almost immediately. ✨

My connection to self has been beautiful. Reiki paved the way for a deeper awareness and inner standing of the way I think, my beliefs and the root of who I am. It has contributed to my life and now, my kids lives. 🥹

Do you feel heavy or drained after peopling too hard? Check in with your energy and capacity when you leave work, an event, family function or even the grocery store.

I keep a piece of sage or palo santo in my car and clear my field. I immediately feel the disconnect ✨

Added tip: say “I release any energy that’s not my own, I clear and cleanse ant energy that’s not mine”

Our guy wasn’t feeling well today 🥲 I took advantage that he fell asleep to the healing frequencies we were playing and gave him some reiki ✨

I cleared his field and set the intention for healing. His body knows exactly what to do and this will speed up the process to get him to 💯

Reiki is a beautiful healing modality that helps with physical pain and illness.

Honoring the ancestors, medicine men and women, the keepers of stories, those who came before us and preserved their traditions 🙏🏼

I have deep respect for this work. I know at one point, people were being murdered for their traditions and medicine.

It’s an honor to keep these practices alive ✨ I provide ancestral and Indigenous practices for the modern day woman. My practices include womb steaming, la Cerrada (closing of the bones) and reiki healing.

Ufffff I’ve been in a deep womb portal the last couple days! Last Friday, I started a 3 day (27 hour) immersion learning from a partera/doula/medicine woman from Chile 🇨🇱 ✨

I am deeply humbled and filled with so much gratitude, respect and love for these beautiful ancestral teachings. The wisdom, stories and medicine that was passed down will forever live in my heart. There’s almost no words for it.

The entire training was in Spanish and there was something so special about hearing it in my native language. It hit so much deeper. It awakened a remembrance deep in my bones. ✨

There’s so much to continue to learn, to apply and integrate 🙏🏼
