The @wiperandtruetaproom once again provides us with the fitting backdrop for a night of open minded music programming this Oct. Join us from 7pm for plenty more far reaching selections as informed by a rich summer of musical discoveries, deep dives and rabbit holes. What’s more…We’ve called for backup! Joining us on the night is incredible Bristol DJ: @raddi_parekh whom we’ve been trying get in the booth for a little while now… a great chance to collectively push things forward.

Raddi is a British-Indian DJ from Leeds, now based in Bristol. Her sets weave through house, garage, bass and breaks and bring infectious energy, catchy grooves, sweeping vocals and plenty of personality.

The dancefloor awaits.

@_biggerboat join forces with @sam_atki2 for a night of forward thinking dance music, applied with pressure.

Atki2 is Bristol-based producer and DJ, who combines uk bass music with Caribbean carnival styles, always bearing his distinctive sound. He’s released records on Idle Hands, Punch Drunk, Actress’s Werk Discs imprint, and his own Swim Club label. Last year’s “Bubble On” album collected his dreamy queer dancehall instrumentals. He co-hosts the weekly Super Soca Show on Bristol radio station Ujima 98FM. Sam often DJs in Bristol and around the UK, and he’s always busy during the festival season, regularly appearing at Shambala, Womad and Glastonbury.

Bigger Boat:
With years of DJ’ing experience between them, in and around Bristol’s venues and airwaves, Tim and Olly set out to change and blend the music they love and share on the dance floor - not sticking to tried and tested old sources, formulas and methods.

SUMMER SESSIONS: FRIDAY NIGHT 🎶

We’re deep into a summer of free parties in the sun soaked Taproom, Old Market beer garden, brought to you by @wiperandtrue and @wormdiscoclub, powered by the @minirigs Doppler Soundsystem.

This week, we’ve got @_biggerboat on the decks. Noods residents Tim and Olly bring years of DJ’ing experience in and around Bristol’s venues and airwaves, blending percussive, soulful sounds and reshaping the mix rather than sticking to tried and tested formulas.

They’re joined by @jake_calvario, one third of the brains behind Worm Disco Club. His record collection spans countless genres, continents and decades, expect high energy grooves as he digs deep into his eclectic mix.

Rounding out the lineup is headliner @tinaedwardsdj, who you’ll already have caught on Monday. She wants you to forget she’s there, spinning from her signature red box of 45s across Latin jazz, cumbia and Afro-diasporic grooves.

Grab a Beautiful Beer, find a spot in the sun, and let the vinyl do the rest.

📅 Friday 14th August, 5pm - 11pm
🎟️ Free entry (with an optional donation to Caring in Bristol via Headfirst)

See you there, folks! by @_biggerboat

We’ve waited a little while for this..

Saturday 13 June 2026 Bigger Boat will be Djing with special guest @prezp3te on the Terrace at LHG Brewpub. With the soundsystem hopefully sending the audio over Castle Park and beyond should be some fun for sure! ⚡️⚡️⚡️

It’s on from 13:00 to 23:00. Usual suspects in the bag and on the stick…

Obviously a well stocked bar/brewery from @lefthandedgiantbrewing and @pizzaislovelystokescroft supplying the food.

June 23 degrees ☀️ looking likely and Bigger Boat with the soundtrack for your weekend…

See you there!! by @_biggerboat
