There’s nothing more precious than to raise a FAMILY 💙 #TeamBradley #Familia #AGTG #BLESSED #FavoriteClient by @_bigmike25

ALL THANKS TO GOD - for not only this interview but for allowing me to live in my purpose. 🏀

BMF is my avenue to pouring time investments & mentorship into the youth & community.

Special thanks to Sheldon Haygood & WBRC 6 News for having me. And shoutout to the TBCH & the Lynn Jordans, Sheldon Haygoods, Chip Smiths, Louise Snows, Bob Smiths, and many more who pour into the youth & kids that aren’t biologically theirs on a daily basis.

Still getting better after all this time. 29. by @_bigmike25

I didn’t think I’d ever share this video online. But after my own 1st Father’s Day, I can. I shared my story with my campers a month ago. I think sharing my story will help them know where my love & crazy antics stem from. First off, I have an amazing relationship w/ my mom - I forgave her a long time ago because we weren’t dealt the same cards. I’ve also now forgiven my never present, deceased dad because every day & moment spent w/ my own son shows me that was more of his loss than mine. I haven’t been perfect but I think I’ve done well for myself without him. Grateful for the father figures & mentors that replaced him. My story. No regrets or shame, every chapter molded me into the man I am today. 🏀🖤 by @_bigmike25

Life ain’t about how much you can receive, but how much you can give. Pouring into the next, the now.

Points of Emphasis: Game shots + speed stop options 🏀 by @_bigmike25

My freaking guy! Earlier this year I said I’m only surrounding myself with people that inspire me. Chase - thank you for this inspiration! Big time my guy! I know your story - on how you dealt with multiple knee injuries that sidelined your career, etc. Way to push yourself! AND I’m HONORED that you did it in a BMF shirt! 🔥🔥🔥 Love ya my guy. Forever inspired. 💪🏾🔥🏁 Marathon is now a goal for me. by @_bigmike25

Colossians 3:23–24 – Diligence is viewed as an act of worship and service to God, who rewards honest effort.

It’s just WORK! 🏀💪🏾

“Perfecting my lil trap, they know me down in Chatt” 🖤4️⃣2️⃣3️⃣

That’s a wrap on my first year of 5ks (5 events). 23:23 (7:32 pace) PR & best / 29:31 (9:30 pace) first and worst. I’m alright with the results, next year I’ll push it even further.

Today’s race: I finished 54th of 618 - 26:13 (8:26 pace), Haylee (BMF) 31st 24:34 (7:55 pace), Kei (BMF) 53rd 26:04 (8:23 pace).

Was surrounded by so much LOVE. Thanks to my family & friends for the support. Thanks to everyone who joined me, motivated me, supported me, got better themselves, or wanna join next time. Wanna continue these with more dope people. 🖤💯 #5K2026 by @_bigmike25

There was a time period where I forgot who I was. Lord knows I won’t be forgetting no more.
(280 lbs -> 245 lbs)

Hit a PR yesterday. 23:23 mins (7:32 pace). Finished 18th overall out of 431 people & 2nd in my age group. Most hills so far. Huge shoutout to my girl Haylee, we train every Saturday morning & weekend w/ her sister Peyton. I beat her in our last 5k because she slowed down. Valuable lesson learned there. Boy she did not slow down this time 🤣 she finished top 10 at #8 (1st in age group) 🔥💪🏾 Thanks for pushing me, Haylee. 💯 Huge thanks to the Smith Family for joining me in a 2nd 5k. Means a ton. #FAMILY 💯🖤🔥

Also huge shoutout to my guy Kevin @bigpoppa_burgundy who’s 6’4 260 lbs. He got a sub 23 min 5k finish this weekend. Was tryna get close to that. Been 1 of my biggest motivators this year. When u pour into ppl all the time, it’s good having ppl pour into you. 💪🏾💯 by @_bigmike25

Game Day #2 / Date Night. 🏀🖤🙏🏾 S/o to mom for winning a prize! 🔥
