Life ain’t about how much you can receive, but how much you can give. Pouring into the next, the now.

Points of Emphasis: Game shots + speed stop options 🏀 by @bmf.basketball

Win or lose, go huskies today! My time there didn’t go as I planned (broken right ankle) but I never question GODS WILL. Wouldn’t trade those 2 years for anything. Was a UConn fan before I was a UConn recruit. 💯🏆 by @bmf.basketball

Man - my heart is so full 🖤🏀 First off, HUGE thanks to every one of the Samford players, coaches, staff, and facility personnel - EVERYONE was extremely hospitable to my BMF Family! I am extremely grateful and last night’s game is one my kids will forever remember.

I’ll spare y’all the book on why Samford is a special place for me personally. But where the organization is today just adds compound interest on why I’ll forever support my bulldogs! 💯♾️

Coach Bucky is one of the hottest coaches in the country right now and the words he and his players spoke to my kids were priceless. Forever a fan. Thanks for turning the program around & into one that we can be proud of! 💪🏾💯💯

My BMF Family - we are UNIQUE, we are DIVERSE, we are DIFFERENT - but most importantly we are a FAMILY. Love you guys! 🖤 Yall know I’ll go the furthest mile for my kids and families. And yall know being a BMF member means you have to atleast be a part time Samford fan! 😂 Go bulldogs! 💪🏾🏀🔥 by @bmf.basketball

BMF The Family 🖤🏀💯 by @bmf.basketball

Summer’s end. Heck of a Year 1, Endure! 🔥 Lot of things scratched off the list. After being introduced to Coach Brown, he asked for my assistance with helping practice his new team of young men - that he had a vision to lead closer to Christ, prepare for the next level, and of course get some WINS. No brainer for me. U guys weren’t on anyone’s radar at first, but now you’ve made a name for yourself. Went legit! PROUD. 🔥#Endure by @bmf.basketball

SUPER excited to introduce BMF’s new shooting gun. This will be an incredible asset to our kids to get up more shots & grow confidence in their shot making ability. #AGTG #FirstDayOut #ShootersSHOOT 🏀🔥🎯 by @bmf.basketball

My freaking guy! Earlier this year I said I’m only surrounding myself with people that inspire me. Chase - thank you for this inspiration! Big time my guy! I know your story - on how you dealt with multiple knee injuries that sidelined your career, etc. Way to push yourself! AND I’m HONORED that you did it in a BMF shirt! 🔥🔥🔥 Love ya my guy. Forever inspired. 💪🏾🔥🏁 Marathon is now a goal for me. by @bmf.basketball

BMF HALLOWEEN RUN 🏀🎃👻🎭 Unfortunately, I was not able to give away any candy. But plenty of it was EARNED! 💪🏾🔥🏀🍫

Colossians 3:23–24 – Diligence is viewed as an act of worship and service to God, who rewards honest effort.

“Perfecting my lil trap, they know me down in Chatt” 🖤4️⃣2️⃣3️⃣

That’s a wrap on my first year of 5ks (5 events). 23:23 (7:32 pace) PR & best / 29:31 (9:30 pace) first and worst. I’m alright with the results, next year I’ll push it even further.

Today’s race: I finished 54th of 618 - 26:13 (8:26 pace), Haylee (BMF) 31st 24:34 (7:55 pace), Kei (BMF) 53rd 26:04 (8:23 pace).

Was surrounded by so much LOVE. Thanks to my family & friends for the support. Thanks to everyone who joined me, motivated me, supported me, got better themselves, or wanna join next time. Wanna continue these with more dope people. 🖤💯 #5K2026 by @bmf.basketball
