BMF The Family 🖤🔥💯 Great game last night between the Rockets & Pelicans. What I love most about the group photo is that I have a unique & genuine connection w/ each kid & family. #PERSONALTraining

“For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.” - Romans 12:4-5 #FAMILY 🖤💯🏀🔥 by @365.ddc

3rd 5K, I plan to make this a habit. Biggest shoutout to the dope people I was able to do it with & those that supported. 💯🙌🏾 The Smiths & Georges from BMF & The Family, Will my coworker, & Wayne my fellow hooper, coach, & runner. Yall made it 100x better. Dope that I finished top #38; first 5k and time doing this trail run I was sick about finishing just outside of the top 50. Proud of myself but also SUPER PROUD of everyone that accepted the challenge to BETTER themselves. Hope to do more races with more dope people. 💪🏾💯🔥🖤🏁📈 by @365.ddc

Special thanks to Isaiah Campbell-Finch for stopping by the other day to give our kids priceless gems of advice. He spoke about how to standout as a 6’0 guard, the importance of communication & leadership, and how to navigate a D1 schedule on and off the court.

He is a current D1 Samford bulldog, part time actor / lead role movie star, and former high school star. Isaiah signed D1 straight from HS (which is rare in today’s transfer portal & NIL era) - he had a VERY STRONG freshman campaign and is poised to have a breakout Sophomore season. The kids enjoyed having you stop by & left EXTREMELY inspired. 💯🔥💪🏾💎 by @365.ddc

DISCIPLINE - is knowing that everything is a decision. You got a strong willed, accountable voice that sets the bar. And you gotta tell the weak, soft voice in your head that we ain’t compromising on 💩!

Today I said I was running 7 miles, and I did. When I got back serious earlier this year, 1 mile at this pace had me laid out in the living room after. 😂 #Progress #Growth

LEADERSHIP - is knowing that the best way to lead is by example. Had to change my tactics caus I was investing into others and not enough into myself. Leadership is setting the bar & pace. There’s a time to slow down for others. Who wants to be led will follow. But they have their own race, own journey, own pace, and they’ll have their own measure of success.

Health is Wealth. THANK GOD for my improved health.

I didn’t think I’d ever share this video online. But after my own 1st Father’s Day, I can. I shared my story with my campers a month ago. I think sharing my story will help them know where my love & crazy antics stem from. First off, I have an amazing relationship w/ my mom - I forgave her a long time ago because we weren’t dealt the same cards. I’ve also now forgiven my never present, deceased dad because every day & moment spent w/ my own son shows me that was more of his loss than mine. I haven’t been perfect but I think I’ve done well for myself without him. Grateful for the father figures & mentors that replaced him. My story. No regrets or shame, every chapter molded me into the man I am today. 🏀🖤 by @365.ddc

The Butterfly Effect is a concept from Chaos Theory describing how tiny, seemingly insignificant actions in complex systems can trigger massive, unpredictable
consequences over time.

It illustrates how the world is intricately connected, meaning a minor choice today can ripple into a major, life-altering result down the road. 🦋🏀🖤💯🦋 #BMBC #BMFTheFamily by @365.ddc

First Annual Be More Basketball Camp was a lot of FUN! 🖤🔥🏀 Huge THANKS to everyone involved that participated, volunteered, and donated. A blessing to be able to do my job - living out my purpose, passion, & enjoying the game. by @365.ddc

Completed my first race/5K (trail run). First of many more, I’m hooked. Signed up last Thursday. I’m gonna finish faster on the next one for sure. RIP to the part of me that compromised on my goals. From this year forward, the Stronger/Disciplined Mind has full control - the Weaker Mind has to submit. If YOU don’t listen to what YOU say, who else should? S/o to the Richardsons for joining me; y’all made the experience 100x better. Brennan finished top 15 of 200 repping BMF (23 mins) 🔥💯🏁🏅🏃🏾‍♂️ by @365.ddc
