POSTS STORIES REELS

I didn’t think I’d ever share this video online. But after my own 1st Father’s Day, I can. I shared my story with my campers a month ago. I think sharing my story will help them know where my love & crazy antics stem from. First off, I have an amazing relationship w/ my mom - I forgave her a long time ago because we weren’t dealt the same cards. I’ve also now forgiven my never present, deceased dad because every day & moment spent w/ my own son shows me that was more of his loss than mine. I haven’t been perfect but I think I’ve done well for myself without him. Grateful for the father figures & mentors that replaced him. My story. No regrets or shame, every chapter molded me into the man I am today. 🏀🖤 by @bmf.seeds

The Butterfly Effect is a concept from Chaos Theory describing how tiny, seemingly insignificant actions in complex systems can trigger massive, unpredictable
consequences over time.

It illustrates how the world is intricately connected, meaning a minor choice today can ripple into a major, life-altering result down the road. 🦋🏀🖤💯🦋 #BMBC #BMFTheFamily by @bmf.seeds

Beyond proud of my guy JC. Just returning from the Elk’s National Hoop Shoot competition in Chicago, he’s the previous month’s BOTM. He’s been taking care of business on and off the court. Working every day, week, and month to be the best student-athlete today and tmw. 💪🏾🔥🧠📚 A few highlights of his past couple months.

As a trainer, I emphasize the importance of being a true STUDENT-athlete. My kids know I’m not just tuned into their lessons but also their performance in school ball, rec ball, aau ball, and especially the CLASSROOM. 📚 by @bmf.seeds

My kids know where I stand when it comes to education & the importance of LEARNING both on & off the court. We will compete in both playing fields. 📖 by @bmf.seeds
