Watched one of my biggest supporters and best friend have a stroke and lose a part of himself. Hemorrhagic Stroke

I wrestled with every emotion imaginable, most of which were deeply conflicting.

Certainly not a perfect man, he hurt me more than a post can ever explain… also taught me the importance of crying, therapy, and to always be a student of life.

I know he’ll never fully be the same again. Part of that is comforting and part of that is a profound grieving.

Still here and also… gone

My biggest joy I had was cooking breakfast for him. We both get Hangry if we don’t eat lol
