Playing to play 🎈

Some ideas begin as drawings, research, and long conversations with the future…dreams. Years later, they become places…. They get built.
What started as my university thesis has now grown into different built playgrounds; A quiet dialogue between architecture, landscape, and play.

Grateful to see dreams taking shape in the real world- thank you !!!! by @_blobb

🟡Now available at The Shop #atTheBass! Sofía Elias (@sofiahhellyes) is a Mexican multidisciplinary artist, designer and architect whose practice explores a playful universe informed by art, architecture and children’s playscapes.

🟠In 2019, she founded Blobb (@_blobb), which she describes as “miniature sculpture for the body,” translating her exploration of form, material, color and scale into playful wearable objects. A selection of Sofía Elias’s Blobb designs is now available at The Shop at The Bass.

✨Presented by STUDIO AF Miami (@studio_af_miami) and Offsite Culture (@offsite.culture).
