A little glimpse into our homeschool day🍎
As much as I would have loved to have more kids to teach this year I truly believe God knows what he’s doing and I get to experience homeschooling just my daughter for our first year together + we get to go out and do fun things with our friends. I am truly so blessed for this life and the opportunity to be able to teach the next generation 🤍 by @_bloomandbear

Welcome to Bloom and Bear homeschool, where little minds bloom and hearts bear good fruit!

 Behind the name and logo:
After lots of prayer and guidance I chose the name Bloom and Bear because I love when a child learns something new and you can see their minds growing aka Bloom. I also felt God pushing me to make this not just an ordinary learning experience but one that is centered around Him. Matthew 7:17 says “Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.” My goal is to not only bear good fruit myself but also teach the little ones too as well.
Creating the bear was so fun and special for me. I added a little blue flower on the bears ear to represent a forget me not flower in memory of my daughter Laila 🤍🪽when I see this bear, it’s not just a logo; it’s a reminder of not only Laila but a reminder to never give up, and to do it all for the Glory of God 🤍

I would love your support on this journey either by enrolling and entrusting me with your child, following along on here just for fun, or even simply praying for this business and the lives it could bless 🫶🏻

A little about me:
My name is Ashley Barrera; I am 27 years old and have 3 beautiful girls 🩷👼🏻🩷. I taught first grade for 2 years and before that I was a teachers aide. I left teaching in 2024 because I wanted to spend more time with my first daughter and wanted to continue growing our family. I knew when I left that my heart wasn’t done teaching and had the idea of starting a homeschool not only for my children but for others as well. I know homeschooling is something a lot of parents want to do but sometimes aren’t able to and I want to help! by @_bloomandbear
