Our show last week marked the end of Blue Polar as we know it. Thank you to everyone who made it down to the Lexington to make it the special night that it was.

We’ve been playing together since school and have made loads of memories and music together, a truly special bond we will always share. We’ve always valued that we all have individual projects ongoing alongside the band.

At this point in time Joe and Tiger have decided to dedicate themselves to their outside commitments. Although it’s sad, this is very exciting news and we can’t wait to see what happens for them :)

In the meantime, Blue Polar will take a short hiatus, and come back with new energy and direction.

LISTEN UP

We are joining our brothers Cardboard supporting them on the last stretch of their UK tour. What an honour!

Tomorrow night we are playing Southampton at Heartbreakers @heartbreakersbarvenue

And on Tuesday, we take @thelexingtonlondon London people, you know the drill - this is NOT one to miss.

‘Cry, Cowboy’ is out now ❤️

Can’t quite believe this project is out in the world, it’s a real pleasure to share it with you all. This EP seems to be the most accurate representation of us as a band at this point in time, and we’re excited to move into the next chapter of Blue Polar in the future

We would like to thank @gordonraphael for producing three of the tracks on there, ‘twas a pleasure!

HELLO

On the 31st of July, our debut EP ‘Cry, Cowboy’ will be released.

We are very proud of this project, we believe it is the most genuine expression of the sound and direction for Blue Polar.

Featuring some familiar tunes, and some hot off the press, we are delighted to be sharing this intimate EP with the world.

We’d like to thank Gordon Raphael, the sonic surgeon, for working with us on a number of songs on the track list, amongst other self produced numbers.
