Forever grateful for the way I got exposed to Pole Dancing, from choreographed dance to intuitive calisthenics. Taught me to trust my intuition on this journey womanhood and made me realize my craving for sisterhood👯‍♀️ The art of dance will always have my heart💃🏾💕

This is an old freestyle, I miss being able to pole 2-3x a week when I was an instructor 🥹 now I have to drive to Indiantown for the only studio I enjoy🥲😭 by @_bluegemini_
