First attempt at devilled eggs. Basically a diy chef at this point😌

Fun fact: I have a love hate relationship with the mountains and the past couple months (winter aside) have been the most challenging to step out and show up for self. Glad I finally did because I got to a selfie le di giraffe 🦒.

Solo dates became a thing again and I’m just glad to be outside and pouring into my cup. The hospitality form the @embassyofjapaninsouthafrica ? Top tier can’t wait for other cultural experiences. Might just book that flight to experience and taste emoji food.

Kitchen diaries continue: I learnt how to make spicy biltong, homemade sauce and everything. After being introduced to the babalas mix @foodloversmarket I just had to give them a run for their money and diy at home. It doesn’t taste as good but it cures the craving (temporarily that is)

oh sana when in Bots EAT LIKE THE LOCALS!!! I hadn’t had oxtail in years and sana the chefs at Bukhara but their whole limbs into those pots. Veggies freshly chopped and plated. You’d swear it’s from the farm straight to customers plates🤤

Due for a road trip just to recover from this one. Every border crossing comes with its own memories and kindness from Batswana 🩵

Last night at the Regent Select Hotel, we were over the western food and had the idea of asking the chef if we could please eat like locals and listen homie!!! Batswana le di pitsa??? oh chef has my heart forever and a day, the hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile? I appreciate them down! Batswana know how to host. Still find myself thinking about this plate 🤤😭

Bare when it locates you all protocol will not be observed. Hadn’t been to the city since graduation and I was forced to deal with the city and its memories while rewriting my story and finally realising who the author of my life is. I can only accept the wisdom to not be reckless during the different seasons
