First Batch ...

(Throwback) with my first batch of New Jack Swing Course peeps - happy to witness their own respective progress, and thankful for the good energy that they bring every week. Here's what we have built up over the Level 1 - Absolute Beginner Course, and it's great to see 'em understand the foundation and how it builds up. Progression over time, steadily.

And with time, I am also now half way through with my second batch as well. Equally happy, but time passes fast la. For those who are interested, there will be a Level 2 - Advance Beginner Course starting soon in end July. Come join in if you are interested.

Lost track of what this place was for. Was to share my trainings. Other aspects have come in. But will be back to sharing my progress like his again instead of stories.

Not about aesthetics anymore, just raw.

Continuing my focus on hips. Very tired today. Didn't feel like rocking too hard. Just smaller ones. Trying to keep the form and the hip groove consistent.

Thanks for a summer to remember 💫!

A bit of reflection: For where I was 6-7 months ago, in the deepest of trenches of mental darkness, I am glad to have set boundaries and guarded walls. Now to have met more wonderful people and surrounded by love. I wish I met y’all sooner.
