After 15 years, it’s time to hang up the shoes. Wrestling has been more than a sport to me. It’s been a way of life. Since I was 8 years old, this sport has shaped me into the man I am today. I’m beyond grateful for every coach, teammate, and supporter who has poured into me along the way, especially Little Rock Wrestling for believing in me and being my final chapter on the mat.

Wrestling taught me how to struggle, how to endure, and how to rise stronger. It’s the most humbling sport there is. I’ve learned true grit, discipline, resilience and more. I will hold onto the lessons learned forever. I may be turning the page, but that same fire still burns inside me. I’m ready to attack life with the same heart and determination I gave this sport. The journey doesn’t end.

I’m just getting started…

Thank you, wrestling. I’ll carry your lessons with me always. #retired by @_branson_britten_
