sucks to post but unfortunately a few weeks ago i sustained a injury that will make it impossible for me to be able to compete by sectionals, Therefore meaning my senior season is cut short and over. If you know me you know i have tried every sport you can imagine, and out of all of them one stuck with me like no other. 4 years ago i decided to step onto the mat for the first time just for the fun of it and to be in shape. My life has taken a 360 ever since that day, Wrestling as a sport has shaped who i am as a person and i couldn’t be more grateful for it. Wrestling gave me a reason to keep going a reason to wake up and a reason to be me. And it managed to teach me more about myself than i could have ever learned elsewhere. It took me out of a deep hole and gave me some friends that i would call my brothers with no hesitation. My journey isn’t over here, and i understand that everything happens for a reason. I’m yet to figure out the reason for this but i’ll get there. I couldn’t be more thankful for what’s gotten me here. Thank you to all of the coaches at Delta. Thank you CIA Wrestling. Thank you to all of my family members and all of the delta wrestling community for the past 4 years. It’s been the best years of my life wrestling for delta and i couldn’t praise that enough. I know this isn’t the end of the book, just the end of a chapter. All love ✌️🫶 by @_braydenswain
