Happy 12th Birthday to my baby girl, Journee! 🎂💗✨

You are smart, beautiful, talented, kind, and the most loving sister. You make me so proud to be your mommy every single day. Watching you grow into the amazing young lady you are becoming is such a blessing. 🥹💕

I love you more than words could ever express, my baby girl! I pray that this first year of Jr. High is filled with happiness, confidence, new friendships, beautiful memories, and so many amazing opportunities. Always remember how special you are and never be afraid to shine! ✨

Happy Birthday, Journee! Mommy loves you SO much! Help me wish my baby a Happy Birthday 💗🎉🎂 #HappyBirthdayJourneeLove #12 #MyBabyGirl by @_briashaw

I’m so excited to share that I’ve joined the Recording Academy’s 2026 New Member Class.

It’s an honor to be part of a community of music creators and professionals who are helping support, uplift, and advocate for the people who make and shape music.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to use my voice, contribute to the Grammy Awards process, and be part of conversations that help move our industry forward.

Music is shaped by so many voices, genres, backgrounds, and perspectives, and I’m proud to add mine to the mix.

I started this journey in the music industry in 2010 with nothing but faith, a dream, and a determination to build something meaningful.

Along the way, I became a mother of three, faced setbacks, started over more than once, and kept pushing forward. I didn’t skip steps. I learned the business from the ground up, built real relationships, and continued believing in the vision even when it was hard.

Every challenge has shaped the woman and executive I am today. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m even more excited about where I’m going.

This is only the beginning. 🤍
