Alright, lets take it from the top! I had the unprecedented opportunity this past April to work three national dance competitions: @raasallstars , @ddnlegends , and @originschampionship

Slide 1: Really happy I got this stage photo as a director, s/o to Legends ‘23 photographers @rnav.d and @_nellez for giving me new pfp material 🤩

Slide 2: Had an absolute blast liaising for ☄️ UTD’s pReMeiR Raas dance team, TaRaas 🥢 at RAS in Chicago. Really got in touch with my gujju roots, and met so many fun and amazing people from a completely different circuit, too. Nicest dancers I’ve ever met 🫶🏽. Photo creds to @amay_b for the bus photo, that’s me boarding the after party bus tryna find one of my dancers. The work never stops 😮‍💨

Slide 3: Legends ‘24 Mixer. Had a downright stressful and overall chaotic day, but it was quickly forgotten when I entered the mixer ballroom. From the decor to the games 🕹️, our hospitality team and DJ’s @srimix and @djmg curated a truly LEGENDary event 👑

Slide 4: Legends ‘24 Show. Words cannot express the emotions I had as a year’s worth of work was coming to an end. I was honored to share this achievement on stage with my amazing co-directors, with the audience, dancers, and especially with our board that ran this weekend from behind the curtain. I dunno who caught me texting on the stairs, but that was another RAS AP bus moment where Im tryna find someone in the lobby when I should be backstage preparing for my opening speech 😅

Slide 5: Brought it all back home to Texas 🤠 for Origins in Houston. Liaising for a team as fun and talented as @natya.berkeley was a great way to wrap up my 3 weeks of volunteering, not to mention the fact that I got to work with a lot of great liaisons and board members throughout the weekend. The afterparty beats spun by @siddkel had me feelin’ a South Indian identity I didn’t know I had…I’m definitely looking forward to adding Origins to my nationals watch-party list ✅. by @_brihan_

It was an absolute honor to work with such an amazing group of people at @ddnlegends this year! Truly found myself a family that, like legends, will never die. 👑✊🏽
