Thank you @vol_swimdive for letting me be a part of such an incredible team and for making these years so special (and letting me stick around for an extra year). I’ll miss knoxville and the people who made it feel like home, but I’m excited for the next chapter back in Canada.

And that’s officially a wrap on the season!

Its been a bit of a bumpy year which has made getting here feel even more meaningful. I’m super happy to come away with my first worlds medal, my first individual event, and lots of opportunities to race. Grateful for every chance to compete for Canada and everything I learn along the way.

I am so grateful to have qualified for my first Olympic team.

I couldn’t have done it without all of the coaches, friends, and everyone @vol_swimdive that have helped me get here. Thank you @swimnb and @cnbo.natation for cheering me on. More than anything thank you to my parents who have truly supported me through everything. Congratulations to everyone else who has made the team, you all inspire me.

Now some time at home before returning to Knoxville to get back to training.

Next stop: Paris 🇫🇷
