Thank you soccer❤️

I don’t even know how to put this part of my life into words. This sport is who I am and it has taught me everything and more. The laughs, tears, celebrations, mental battles, injuries, and everything in between makes it all worth it. The one thing above all that though is the people. I have met and created so many relationships through soccer that I will hold onto forever. Every teammate and every coach made into the player I am. If I could do it all over again I wouldn’t change anything. Soccer has been my life the past 18 years and will always be the best part of me.

I will forever be grateful for USI. The opportunity to play at the highest level was a little girl’s dream come true. The past 4 years have been the BEST years of my life. I was also given my best friends for life. I truly am so blessed to be able to surround myself for the rest of my life with these amazing women. I found my family 4 years ago and I wouldn’t want to go through it with anyone else. This program has brought me the happiness I needed. The battles we have been through are truly some of the toughest and we always came through stronger and better.

This last year was the best year out of them all. All 29 women mean the world and more to me. To the loft trips, dance parties, and singing on the bus will be what I hold onto forever. Above all the memories on the field will be what I remember the most. RECORDS were set by US this year. I have never been apart of a team that has so much talent, heart, and passion for a sport. Everyone worked and played for each other and that’s why we had the success we did. I can’t thank this program enough for giving me the opportunity to do what I love and for giving me the people that I can call family for the rest of my life.

I guess this is a goodbye to the best part of my life but there is no regrets. #20 out 🤟🏼

that’s a wrap on year 3

This has been one of my favorite seasons here. The milestones and the hardships that we faced as a team are truly what college soccer is about. I would not want to be playing anywhere else than USI and I’m so proud to call everyone on this team family. Even though it was cut short way too soon this is a championship team and we have so much more to prove. I love each and every woman on this team and wouldn’t want to run around and kick ball with anyone else🤟🏼🤟🏼
