Crazy how you can be around yourself all day and still forget to spend time with yourself. Have you?

Online studio session with @yivgaundumbaff 🎹🎤

One of my favorite things about music is being able to create with people no matter where they’re at 🇲🇽 . Just two artists connecting, sharing ideas, and building something from scratch.

Stay tuned, we’ve got more on the way. 👀

When you don’t feel like writing, here’s a brain trick. Neuroscientists say that doing what you resist activates your mid-cingulate cortex, the part tied to willpower. So pick a relatable emotion. I picked regret, and that became ‘If I had a chance, I’d take it.’ Now, pick yours and start writing. Every time you do, it gets easier. And that track? I can’t wait to share it soon. taken in Paris, France by @_buildahbeat

That study made something clear to me.

Some of us aren’t wired to stop.

Even when it’s frustrating.
Even when it doesn’t make sense.

That’s where the song “Buck & Do It” came from.

And the message is simple:

Whatever your “music” is…
don’t stop. by @_buildahbeat

After I saw that study, something clicked.

This isn’t just a hobby for me.

It’s how my brain works.

So I went back into the studio and started building something…

Shoutout to @afro.pickle for helping bring this idea to life.

Ever wonder why some people can’t stop making music?

Scientists actually studied it.

When I saw the results… everything made sense.

This song came from that realization. by @_buildahbeat

It’s finally here.

A song written from the heart, for the person who means the most to me.

Out now everywhere.
