Hyrox recap!

A few months ago my sister told me it would be a great idea to train for the Houston race. My life was in a low season and I trusted her judgement of timing. It was exactly what I needed to look forward to. My life has consisted of running, training and hot sculpt Pilates multiple times a week for months on end. I’ve gained more friends than I could ever count and truly stepped into a new horizon. This sport has brought me soooo much.

After convincing Lauren to compete with me (only took 3-4 tries) we got to work. She absolutely killed it during the race and I couldn’t have done it without her.

A special thank you to the people who love me beyond measure and without conditions. Emmy in specific has truly sacrificed and I’m so proud of her. It meant the world to me for her to watch me compete. I don’t post about my personal life but my girls know exactly who they are and you know how much I love you all. I could have never have gotten through this process without you guys.

I wish I could go back and hug the girl who started training. She’d be so proud. Per usual, I always want to encourage everyone I meet to do things out of your comfort zone. If you’ve met me, taken a class from me or talked with me for more than 2 minutes you know I believe in you beyond measure.

im so happy to announce that im officially a mat instructor @penche.pilates !!!

my heart has belonged to the studio for the past 2 years & hot sculpt has truly brought SO much joy into my life. i have no doubt in my mind that it’ll do the same for you. just push to those endorphins + let that sweat drippp baby!!!!

im so so excited to see you guys on the mat soon.
