Hellooooo! I’m Carla 🛒💚 I’m a San Diego native, and I’ve been tattooing for seven years. This is my first, true introduction of myself as a tattoo artist- so haiii welcome, I’m happy to have you here! A little about my work: I specialize in sacred geometry patterns/fractals, mandalas, and ornamental tattoos. Though I also love nature, fine-line and black & grey realism! • My goal for you, the client, is to feel excited and heard when it comes to creating a tattoo design together. This is a collaborative experience! I believe thats what makes my job as a tattoo artist so amazing- I create your vision, we come up with the best strategy to execute it, and ta-da! A living creation that goes on with you forever! • A little bit about myself: I have a precious cat named Truffles who is what I call a midnight Tortie (she’s practically black but has perfect color speckles here and there). She’s a quiet but strong mascot to my persona. I think self-care is so necessary but also so subjective; do what you need to do to be your best self to the people you love and of course yourself. Growth and reality is so non-linear to me, and the trippy stuff that gets me so excited; bring up your favorite theorizes and cryptid stories to me please! On my off time I love watching live music, singing and playing on my keyboard, derp’n around with my improv troupe (familia), jumping in the ocean and drawing portraits of people and animals and lastly but most importantly being with those I cherish deeply. I feel insanely blessed for the life I get to live. And it’s important to me to feel recharged to give you my best work; I don’t take this energy exchange lightly! This is a sacred gift that was paved by our ancestors and then pirates- I am honored to be apart of this legacy, and to be your new and/or continued tattoo artist. Thank you again for taking a gander 🤡✨🍒 taken in North Park, San Diego by @_carlotah

Kyle’s sleeve complete!!! It was an honor to do such a detailed project. My client was commitment to get it done, and I’m like “say less!” Not to mention the creative freedom in regard to designing the sleeve too; he gave me crucial concepts to include and the rest geometric freedommmm. Thank you thank you THANK YOU! . . . #customsleeve #customsleevetattoo #sacredgeometry #sacredgeometrytattoo #sacredgeometrysleeve #blackandgreytattoo #dotworktattoos #stipplingtattoo #mandalatattoo #dynamicblack #dynamicink #cheyennetattooequipment #phoenixtattoo #musiciantattoo taken in East Village, Downtown San Diego by @_carlotah
