@dbook really pulled up to the crib! 🤯

The game continues to create connections I could’ve never imagined, and bring some of the dopest people to our gym. Truly thankful for opportunities like these. 🙏🏽 by @_carolyndelano

Tyson Delano has been putting in intentional work on finishing through contact, creating better setups out of the pick-and-roll, and tightening up his ball handling.

Love his attention to detail and commitment to understanding how to manipulate defenders, create advantages, and make the right reads.

Proud of his focus, consistency, and dedication to getting better every day! 🫡‼️ by @_carolyndelano

The spice and chocolate tour at @fincaelrocio_cr was another highlight of our Costa Rica adventure. 🌿🍫

From getting hands-on chocolate making to learning about the incredible spices and cacao grown right on the farm, every part of the experience was cool! The hospitality the family showed us was top-tier, and they topped it all off with a homemade meal at the end. It was the perfect blend of culture, education, and genuine Costa Rican warmth. 🇨🇷❤️

Core memory unlocked. 🐢
Releasing baby sea turtles into the ocean was without a doubt, the most unforgettable part of our Costa Rica trip. What an incredible experience that we’ll carry forever. Thank you to @vivero_playabandera for a memorable experience, and for all that you do to give those babies the best chance at life. 🇨🇷🌊 #costarica #seaturtles🐢 #travelmemories🌍✈️ taken in Playa Bandera, Parrita by @_carolyndelano

The rim wasn’t the ceiling, it was the seat. 🏀👠

This game has poured into me in more ways than I could ever count. Today, I’m grateful to be in a position to pour back into it in ways I never could’ve imagined.

It’s not on me, it’s in me. 💯 by @_carolyndelano
