This summer, I’ve found myself suspended between two realities: sleeping under the stars and recovering in hospital beds. Being the most healthy and disciplined I have ever been, only to be reminded how little is within my control.

It has been a season of deep community.
Of being held while I healed, and of washing my best friend’s hair as they wept. In the sacred act of witnessing each other’s lives, I have found my own transformation.

So here I am, grateful to be changing too ✨ taken in Northwest Arkansas by @_carryonkid

The liminal space 🌙

Climbing at night transforms the entire experience; dialing in the focus as the peripheral scenery fades into the background. Your immediate perspective is limited to the single beam of your headlamp. Your project is illuminated like a stage for the performing arts as your body cuts through the void. Every move becomes more deliberate, every breath audible; deepening the connection between yourself, the stone, and the moment.
