The sweetest way to spend Labor Day weekend 🤍🐾🌿

A Sunday morning in Central Park filled with the cutest pups, their amazing parents, movement, matcha, sunshine, and the very best community. Truly my kind of morning. 🥹🤍

A huge thank you to @pawelier for co-hosting this special morning with me and absolutely spoiling our furry babies with the cutest little gifts. 🐶🎁🤍

Thank you @woofbowl for serving the yummiest, freshest, healthiest meals for our pups…safe to say they were VERY happy customers. 🐾🥞😋

And of course, thank you @casa_matcha for keeping us refreshed with the most delicious freshly made matcha after class. 🍵✨

Last but not least, thank you @yev.hen.iia for capturing every moment of this experience so beautifully! 😍🥹🫶🏻

Most importantly, thank YOU to everyone who joined us, moved with us, connected with us, and made this morning so special.

Seeing this little community grow means more than you know. 🫶🏻🤍

Stay tuned… our final Pilates & Paws of the season is coming soon. 🐾✨

in May 2025, I had the honor of being a part of a Pilates and Paws event with my dear friend Azin, @lungesandlattesnyc and this year we are doing another pop-up in Central Park where I will be making Matcha for all the attendees. I'm really excited to flex this part of my life more. I've been a Matcha enthusiast since around 2019 and it so exciting that it's gaining popularity. My goal with this is to teach people that Matcha can be good when done correctly and when using the right ingredients. I hope to be able to show my love for Matcha in new ways and host more events around the city. If anyone has any upcoming event events where they think a Matcha pop-up would be a good addition around New York, I would love to Collab. by @_casa_matcha_
