POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We finished off the season UNDEFEATED in the Small Block Nitrous class and took home the W and the trophy last night Hoosier No Prep Series!

It was a double elimination night so we had to beat out competitors twice. I goof balled my first pass and launched in second gear on accident. Still came out on top but when our second pass came around it was a completely different story. This car seems to get faster every time I take it out, yet again setting another ET and MPH personal best. It has beyond full filled my expectations on what this power plant could do! She is starting to become a handful now.

As this was my last race of the year we finish off as champions! I would love to see this class grow more next year. John Bromagen does a fantastic job running the show. We fought through weather a ton this year but it was all worth it!

We now enter teardown season and see we will improve next year. The goal is to always be faster!

Huge thanks to all family and friends who came out and supported! And thanks to Jason Struckman for providing me with the honey bun since I didn’t get one at WITW 😂

This one is for the books! 💯 by @_catfishcamaro_

Ive been watching @1320video since 2015 and I would never imagine that I would be in one of there videos! This is a big accomplishment for me as it may seem little to others, 1320video is the reason why I started building racecars and even racing. I love where racing has taken me over the years and this is just another things to check off of the bucket list! #SmileLikeKyle by @_catfishcamaro_

As per usual, War In The Woods aka the super bowl of no prep, always blows my mind! El Gringo had a really good outing taking us to the FINALS in second chance nitrous mayhem!!

First round we drew an absolute bear Justin Reed and he ended up going on to win the main event, putting us out early of the main event. 26 cars total signed up for Nitrous Mayhem which was a record car count for the class. We went and bought back in for second chance race Saturday and the car was absolutely dialed in!

We kept on getting faster and faster, setting a PB for brown county and also a PB overall for ET and MPH for the car! I put a bigger pill in it for the second chance race and we sure needed it as we fought through the field.

We were racing full blown small tire cars in this class while I still have this street car thats on 93 pump gas keeping up with these killers. We were still not fast enough to come out on top but man did we put up a fight.

Thanks for all friends and family that came out as this was the BEST War in the Woods No Prep yet! We have one more race on our schedule to finish off the year Hoosier No Prep Series for the year end race!

We took home another win this season at @hoosiernoprep for small block nitrous class! Super close race at the stripe but we ended up getting the job done. Not the best car count and payout in my class this time but a win is a win.

We went friday night to get some data for War In The Woods. I ended up resetting my PB ET for the car that night by .10! Safe to say that I think we got a decent tune up for first round. We ended up coming back Saturday night with different race conditions and ended up taking home the win!

I ran into having a mishap with my x-pipe on a test pass but its nothing serious. We gotta fix it up and the car should be good to go for War In The Woods as we take on the Nitrous Mayhem class this year!

Hard work pays off 💪

This weekend we decided to go out and test the waters at Speeds New Hope Dragway trying new things to fix this voltage issue. We are in the path in the right direction but still isnt fixed completely.

It was just good though to get out for the first time since June. It feels good to be back in the driver seat! I was a little rusty this time out but thats why we test and work out bugs.

On a side note the car did make a pretty decent lick for it being jetted down! by @_catfishcamaro_

Since Indiana decided you need to live on a boat this weekend I decided to make a road trip down to 304 Motorsports Park for WAR at 304 Its such a super nice facility and you are literally in the clouds because the elevation is so high. I think the event went very well and smooth for the first time it ever been ran. The vibes are unreal up here in the mountains!

Next year this will be a place on my bucket list to race at. Hopefully they add more classes the only class my cars seem to fit would be 6.50 index or True Street. Im not much of a index racer kind of guy the amount of different style cars was really cool to watch actually. True Street cars were absolutely flying!

Highly recommend this event for next year! 💯 taken in 304 Motorsports Park by @_catfishcamaro_

We are ready to get back at it after a slow month of July! The plan is to test out some minor changes we made this upcoming week at Salem. We are reaching the halfway mark onto the year and we are still battling weather so hopefully skies stay clear next weekend 🙏
