A week in reading 💜
Started October with chill weather, cozy drinks and magical/whimsical reads.
Bought the feminist (and quite large): ‘The Second Sex’ by Simon de Beauvoir, originally published in 1949. 🗳️
Made the first fruit punch of the season 🍂🫖
Watched and sang to Lady Gaga’s Monster Ball with my 🍄🎶
Started reading Legends & Lattes (the ultimate cozy read) and re-started The Spellshop 💜
Last ultrasound and baby 🦁, as suspected, is growing by the minute 🧡
Baked our first ever cinnamon rolls and they were 🤤🤌🏼🫰🏼
🍄is learning to play the ukulele 😍🪕
And last pic, a piece of writing I loved 📃❤️‍🩹

A week in books and things 📖 📌🤓

📚 Read 150 pages of The Bone Season ( Decided to pause it to read *the most* anticipated release of fantasy of 2025 ⬇️)

📹 Started and annotation vlog (up soon)

📒📔📕 Continued to read Determined and started Floored and my yearly re-read of The Heart of the Buddha’s Teaching (all non-fiction)

🪄🔮The dark fantasy #Alchemised by #senlinyuwrites (popular writer of fanfic) came out which I knew nothing about until the internet exploded, so I decided to buy it and join the conversation 😌

📺 Watched Matilda, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Charlotte’s Web AND started reading Nevermoor with my 🍄🩷
