It's all in the mind!

After feeling like I lost it all, being physically active again is the biggest achievement. Don't take these things for granted people, move while you still can.

If I was able to become consistent in the gym again, why can't you? 🤔 taken in Suva, Fiji by @_chand_fj

The Past 4 Months Have Been Quite The Battle 🫠

From Living Life To The Max, To Ending Up 21 Days Bedridden & 4 Months Of Learning How To Walk Again. I Can Definitely Say Nothing Is Impossible.

I Wouldn't Have Done It Without My Family And Friends, Who Stuck By Me And Brought Me Back To Being "Normal" Again.

Tons Of Rehab Remains, But Making It This Far Is Already A Massive Achievement.

Movement Is A Gift, Don't Take It For Granted 💪 by @_chand_fj

Definitely wanted to get something memorable leading up to the one-year anniversary of my crash, and I couldn’t think of anything better than getting the same artwork that was on the Harley. taken in Suva, Fiji by @_chand_fj

One year has gone by so fast.

Here’s a short video of me proving that it’s possible to start again from square one.

From breaking 3 bones, going through 5 surgeries, getting 70+ stitches, having 3 plates and 17 screws put in, and feeling like I’d lost it all — to now, a year later, doing things I never thought I’d be able to do.

Take it from me, guys — anything is possible.

Do the things you want to do. Post that video. Go do crazy shit. Life is way too short to worry about what anyone else thinks.

Life is a gift. Don’t take it for granted.

Much love to all my family and friends who made life worth living again🫡 taken in Suva, Fiji by @_chand_fj
